NCOA regulations update
The NCOA change-of-address requirements help to reduce undeliverable mailpieces before mail enters the mailstream.
To further improve the percentage of deliverable mail, the Move Update Standards have been revised.
- The minimum frequency of Move Update processing has been increased to 95 days prior to the date of mailing.
Example - a mailing entered on December 1, must bear addresses that were updated no earlier than August 28.
Note: This update requirement includes all Standard Mail.
